Structure Taking Shape at The Colliery 32 and 34 Gillies StreetConstruction is progressing strongly across both the live/work and commercial components of the development, with significant structural milestones now achieved.
On the live/work side, mid-floor framing is complete, marking a major step forward in the vertical build. We have also commenced apartment internal framing, with initial partition walls now installed. Internal concrete panels have been placed, further defining the layout.
Steel portals have been installed in preparation for the brick façade, ensuring the exterior architectural elements can proceed as scheduled.
On the commercial and retail side, the roof has now been installed, providing full weather protection to this portion of the building. Ground floor framing to the office areas is underway, followed by installation of the mezzanine level within the retail space.
