Our boutique townhouse development ‘Sardona’ on Swayne Road is on track for completion in May with Block B nearing completion in late February. Block A will be almost complete by the end of March and block C in April.
Since the Christmas New Year break, we have seen considerable progress with the final cladding installed at Block B and the first layer of bricks going up on Block A. Block C is completely closed in with all windows installedand the building wrapped in waterproof building paper.
Alongside our builders and tradesmen, we have worked tirelessly to ensure that any delays with products have been mitigated to keep up with our expected handover date.
Despite the rain we have had throughout Summer, part of the roading and curbing has been installed giving our clients a real feel for how this boutique development will look. Half of the private way has been poured with the rest planned for within the next few weeks.
Alongside these luxury townhouses we have started works on the four stand-alone builds with ‘Nuna’ and ‘Santis’ frames and trusses being installed, and roof going on last week. The builds are wrapped and internal work begins shortly. These are due for completion in April. These 140 sqm builds have the perfect amount of house and land space for those who want a lock up and leave, low maintenance home.
Each unit will be fully fenced with landscaping to commence in April. Full height live hedging alongside fruit trees will be planted by hand to complete this subdivision.
