Shakespeare and Arnold development completed

From concept through to completed project, this six lot subdivision combines functional living with modern designer features.

Shakespeare and Arnold’s infill housing development came from a need for low maintenance, three and four bedroom homes in the local area.

Our well-considered approach to the site, ensured that this off the main street development stood out with design requirements. We used a natural timber façade and cladding that would work well with a large protected tree.

Using traditional construction methods along with the highest quality building materials, local builders and tradesmen; this development was completed ahead of schedule with minimal disruption to the community whilst being built.

Completed all the way from planning to landscaping featuring native plants and shrubs, these beautiful homes are now owner occupied after being completed in February 2020.
