Tenero on Thompson – Construction Update

We are thrilled to share the latest updates on our newest townhouse development Tenero on Thompson.

With the successful installation of construction, and pour of the concrete pads, our highly skilled team of builders is now focused on building the ground floor frames for these spacious homes.  This represents a major milestone in bringing our vision to life.  In parallel our earthworks team are constructing a retaining wall and completing the driveway entrance.

This week we are expecting delivery of the Integra panels, which will be installed on the ground floor.  Following this installation we will complete the standing of frames then onto mid level and first floors in the coming weeks.  This progression marks an important phase in our construction process as we move closer to the vision for this ten lot townhouse development.
