Tenero on Thompson – Site ready for next large phase of worksWe’re excited to share the latest progress on our 10-lot townhouse development at Tenero on Thompson.
The framing across all homes has now been completed and wrapped, marking a major milestone. The site is ready for the next phase of works, with exterior cladding set to commence shortly. Inside, services are advancing well — plumbing pipe-out is complete, and electrical pre-wiring is nearing completion, perfectly timed for insulation installation at the beginning of next month.
Looking ahead, we’ll be booking in kitchen measures soon, allowing us to finalise designs and begin engaging with our customers as they start selecting colours and tones to personalise their new homes.
With still lots of work ahead of us and time lines on track, we are pleased with the sites progression and look forward to sharing more updates in the coming weeks.
