Zillertal on Shakespeare Construction Update

We are excited to provide an update on the progress of our five lot townhouse development with integrated commercial space, located on Shakespeare Street Cambridge.

As of today, we are nearing the final stages of construction. This project features five modern townhouses, each designed with contemporary finishes and ample living space, alongside a vibrant commercial area that promises to enhance the community.

All townhouse structures have been completed and exterior finishes are now finalised. Interior painting has been completed with flooring and cabinetry installation underway and almost finished.

The commercial area which consists of two offices upstairs and a store downstairs is taking shape with final electrical fit out being completed this week.

Landscaping has been completed with a mixture of native and flowering green spaces and fully established trees being added to enhance the overall aesthetic of Zillertal on Shakespeare Street.

Final inspections will be completed in the coming weeks to ensure everything meets our quality standards and complies with all regulations.

We remain on schedule for project completion.  Following the final inspections and landscaping we expect to begin the move in process for residents shortly there after.
